Students in construction management study a wide array of topics, ranging from courses in management and administration of construction companies, projects, people, and equipment to courses targeting on specific techniques for project planning and control work environment and estimating. Students develop strong computer skills in order to assist them with computer applications in construction.

Job opportunities are excellent for graduates, with the possibilities of obtaining employment as project and construction managers, project administrators, estimators, schedulers, architectural representatives, project superintendents, and construction administrators. There are 8 additional courses offered at CSUF for the lower division major requirements that have no comparable courses to PC. Therefore, students would take those courses at CSU Fresno.  Below is the list of course prerequisites that can be taken at PC.
