| Students who transfer to Fresno Pacific University with a minimum of fifty (50) transferable units received prior to attendance at FPU may meet the general education history requirement in one of the following ways 1. Two semesters of Western Civilization at a prior institution (Hist 4a and Hist 4b at WHC). 2. One semester at a prior institution and one semester at FPU (e.g., Hist 140 at FPU if Hist 4a is taken at WHC). 3. Two FPU courses Hist 120 or 130 and Hist 140 Exception: Social Science Secondary Teaching Emphasis majors must take World Civilization courses equivalent to FPU's Hist 120, 130 and 140. |
