Articulation agreements between Porterville College and other institutions can be viewed by visiting the ASSIST (http://www.assist.org) web site. Articulation is the process of developing a formal, written agreement that identifies courses on a sending campus that are comparable to, or acceptable in lieu of specific course requirements at a receiving campus. For example, a student who takes Anthropology P101 at Porterville College can transfer that class to CSU Bakersfield in lieu of CSUB's Anthropology 102. |
Students may be referred for individual or group testing by counselors, instructors or other qualified staff, agencies or individuals. College counselors will assist students in the interpretation and application of their test scores.
